A six-month program that measures what it builds

SEED Inclusivity is a venture accelerator designed to scale solutions addressing the needs of the disability community across Asia-Pacific. It is open to everyone, with priority for founders with disabilities, especially women founders.

The six-month journey

  1. Selection

    A rigorous open call and selection process across the region.

  2. Bootcamp

    A multi-day in-person bootcamp: workshops, media training, pitching practice, and community building.

  3. ~24 coaching sessions

    Weekly 1-1 coaching on a SMART goals framework: set specific targets, run real growth experiments, measure results, advance. Every venture logs progress every session.

  4. Demo Day

    A public showcase in front of investors, corporates, and policymakers.

  5. Alumni

    Ongoing network access, visibility, and follow-on support.

Methodology

Measured like an investment, not a grant

Every venture works to a SMART goals framework: Specific, Measurable, Achievable, Relevant, Time-bound. Assign a target, run the experiment, measure the result, advance to the next stage. Progress is tracked session by session, so impact claims rest on recorded data rather than anecdotes.

That measurement discipline is why the program can report outcomes most accelerators can’t, from stage advancement across a cohort to the capital its ventures raised after the program.

Application criteria

Who can join?

Founders
An inclusive program for assistive tech and accessibility tech founders, with strong encouragement for women founders and founders with disabilities.
Type of business
For-profit organizations with innovative and scalable business models addressing disability inclusion challenges.
Stage of business
Tested solutions with demonstrated traction and significant scale potential in the number of people reached.
Focus area
Disability-inclusive innovations in accessible and assistive products, with a preference for tech-enabled solutions, mobility aids, communication tools, inclusive workplace technologies.
Geography
Ventures already operating in or focused on the Asian market, with operations or strategic plans to scale in the region.
Target customer
People with disabilities are the primary beneficiaries, directly, or through solutions that improve accessibility and quality of life.
Team
Mission-driven, experienced, innovative, resilient, collaborative, and ethical, with a strong commitment to social impact.
