Our conformance target

This website aims to conform to theWeb Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2, Level AA. That covers, among other things: sufficient color contrast, full keyboard operability, visible focus indicators, descriptive alternative text on images, properly labelled forms, and respect for reduced-motion preferences.

What we do

• Pages use semantic HTML, landmarks, a skip link, labelled forms and image alternative text.
• Our latest review checked keyboard navigation, text resizing, mobile layouts and navigation-button contrast.
• Visitors can pause background videos. Reduced-motion preferences are respected.
• We welcome reports of accessibility barriers and requests for alternative formats.

Known limitations

• The virtual gallery is an immersive, visually rich experience that may not work well with every assistive technology. Everything it contains is also available in accessible form on this site, see the gallery page for the accessible route.
• Some older PDF documents may not be fully tagged. The booklet includes a full audio narration as an alternative.
• Some embedded third-party video players may not provide a complete transcript on this site. Ask us for a text alternative if you need one.

Start with the plain-language program summary. We can also provide available content as plain text, large print, audio, or another practical format.

Events

Each new event listing must include access information before registration opens. This includes venue access, interpretation or captioning, online participation, and a route for requesting reasonable accommodations.
