So you can prepare before the open call, here’s what the SEED Inclusivity application covers. Most founders complete it in under an hour with a pitch deck at hand.

- Any accessibility requirements you’d like us to know about
Company information
- Company name, website, and LinkedIn
- Where you’re headquartered and incorporated
- The technology you use and the industry you operate in
- Your elevator pitch, target customer, pitch deck, and logo
Your team
- Co-founders — including how many are women and how many are people with disabilities
- C-level roles filled and full-time employees
- Founder LinkedIn profiles
Performance
- Years operational and countries of operation
- Monthly active and paying customers
- Average monthly revenue and expenses
Funding
- Total funding raised and funding types
- Founder and foreign ownership
- Previous accelerator programs
