1M+ users across Indonesia

Founded by brothers Audrey Maximillian Herli (“Maxi”) and Audy Christopher Herli , Riliv was built for a simple reason: too many people are struggling—but are still afraid to ask for help.

Riliv creates a safer, easier way to access mental health support through a mobile-first platform that connects users to professional help and self-care tools, making support feel more approachable and affordable for everyday Indonesians.

What are they building?

Riliv is a mental health platform that supports people through both professional counseling and daily mental wellness tools—so help isn’t limited to a single session.

It offers online counseling with licensed psychologists via the app, complemented by meditation and self-care tools that support day-to-day well-being. Riliv also provides mental health content and resources designed to be easy to understand and revisit, and extends support to workplaces through Riliv for Company , which focuses on employee and team mental well-being.

The why?

World Mental Health Day Talkshow 2025 | Riliv x Airlangga Safe Space

Maxi started Riliv after noticing something painfully common around him: people had personal well-being problems, but felt ashamed, afraid, or unsure of where to go. He wanted to build what he describes as a safe space—an easy and affordable place where people can finally talk about what they’re carrying.

One story stayed with him. A young woman in a remote area was dealing with a personal problem, with no access to a psychologist nearby. Through Riliv, she was able to connect with support. After a few sessions, her condition improved—she reconnected with her community, and found a new job. For Maxi, it showed what mental wellness can do: it helps people quietly, but it changes everything.

SEED Inclusivity Program Journey

Maxi described SIGMA as something he wishes he had access to earlier—because it’s not just “useful,” it’s time-saving.

He shared that it gave them a measurable framework to refine their business concept, and that the AI section helped them brainstorm without starting from scratch: you can generate a base, then refine and edit instead of building everything manually. More broadly, he described Seedstars’ approach as “beyond mentorship”—a comprehensive program with structured content, monitoring, and support that helps founders improve their business while staying focused on impact.
