Their product,  Healo , is an AI therapist and companion offering personalized voice and chat support for people facing challenges like anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, and emotional life events.

Healo – The AI Mental Health Companion: A digital platform offering hyper-personalized therapy support through conversational AI. Healo is built for those who can’t easily access mental health care, bridging gaps in affordability, stigma, and availability.

Designed to help users externalize stress and feel heard, Healo is already supporting users in over 90 countries.

The why?

Infiheal began its journey in 2022 as a meditation app—but everything changed during the pandemic. The emotional toll, isolation, and rising anxiety made it clear that mental health support needed to be more than just wellness content.

Through personal experiences and a deep understanding of India’s cultural hesitation around therapy, the founders saw how many people struggled in silence. In a country where mental healthcare is often inaccessible, unaffordable, and heavily stigmatized, they asked:  What if AI could bridge the gap?

That question led to the creation of  Healo —an AI-powered therapist and companion offering voice and chat-based support. Built to support those dealing with anxiety, ADHD, autism, depression, or life challenges like heartbreak and grief, Healo delivers personalized care without judgment or barriers.

SEED Inclusivity Program Journey

The SEED Inclusivity Program brought a powerful mindset shift for Infiheal.

Through the program, the team secured their  first B2G contract , deploying their mental health solution across an entire Indian district—a major validation of their work’s systemic relevance.

Weekly mentorship sessions helped the team strengthen alignment across  vision, structure, and execution , while also reinforcing their commitment to  experimentation : testing fast, capturing feedback, and refining solutions with user insight at the core. This mindset is now embedded across their operations—from product design to team dynamics.

Recent Achievements

Secured their  first B2G contract , implementing a mental health solution at the district level in India

Expanded their user base across  165+ countries , 250,000 users with 60% of first-time users from India and 80% of repeat users from international markets including North America, the UK, and North Africa

First healthcare partnership with HumRahi by Lupin

Participated in high-level global events, including an  Embassy event in Egypt  and the  India-Africa ICB Summit
